Create a set of next steps I need to get started started

Right now the site is a bit of an expert system. It'd be nice if it was broken down into the N steps I need to upload my translation files and get going.

Allow to search inside translated values

Right now it is possible to apply only a filter for a key field. But sometimes it is necessary to find a particular string from values.

    2) Then my browser asks ... more

show the files a translator should translate when inviting him

We have > 20 files that need to be translated in each language. When we invite a new user to translate them I have to select each one of them. That's bad enough but I can't even see the files I'm selecting, because the select box shows only the language code!

only count the files that have a translation for a language in that languages total percentage

Every file gets counted for the total percentage of translations. It doesn't take into account if a translation for a particular file was actually created or not.

%age completion not showing correct figures

I completed the Hindi translations for the uservoice project - http://99translations.com/projects/23/translation_files/35/translations/288/list - but the %age completion is still 1%. It's not clear why that is so.
